This is a great little project for beginners.
very cool! I like the tie part too, so easy 😉
Thank you very much🌹
Thank You so much.. I absolutely love watching you. you make it seem real.. yes things do happen alot.. ha he ha hehe
why do you cut an inch gap on your material, and where can i get the round plastic bottom you mentioned,
This was a really well presented tutorial, thankyou so much for posting it. The bag looks so easy to make and it turned out lovely!
After trawling the internet for a diy drawstring bag, I've chosen yours to make, one problem, you skipped how to make the gusset! You mention that you covered the gusset in another tutorial, but you have a million videos and I can't find it!!! Can you post a link to the afore mentioned tutorial? As a completely useless sewer, I need step by step instructions throughout the entire project 🙂
When you turn your brightness down the thumbnail kinda looks like pepperoni pizza.
Thanks for the tutorial. I like all the nicely finished edges and the boxed bottom. I know see what I did wrong. This has been helpful.
hi, could you please link me to a tutorial on the gusset part of this bag ty in advance 🙂
Where is your gusset video? Can't find it …
Thank you. that was very helpful and it looks quite nice. I'll try to find the video about the gusset part.
Hi all! A friend of mine sewed a drawstring bag for me but the material that he used for the bag is quite thick and so it is not possible to pull the top together completely with the cords to close the bag. Any suggestions about how this could be resolved?
This is also perfect for project bags for us knitters and crocheters. Unfortunately I can't sew my way out of a paper bag. I have my nana's sewing machine and haven't even turned it on.
Great video!!! Thank you!
This is the best tutorial that I have seen on how to make a drawsstring bag. However, I wish that you had given some measurements–especially on the length of the drawstring. I used your method to make shoe bags for a birthday gift. The string that I used was $2/yd. so I didn't want to buy too little or too much. I didn't have a clue as to how long to make the drawstring. I ended up using one yard per string. Othere than that, the tutorial was awesome!
Could you please post a link to the gusset video? Thanks.
Thanks for the tutorial! Very helpful!!!
I think this is so wonderful and it is going to help me a lot in sewing
