NEW Etta Sewing Pattern! And Online Dressmaking Workshop!

In this easy project learn how to sew a cute flowing vest using any stretchy knit fabric (I used a light sweater knit but anything will work). This is the perfect project to make if you’re a beginner wanting to make your own clothes. It features a handkerchief hem (I’ve also heard it called a waterfall hem). I was inspired by a vest from a department store with a similar shape, but I simplified the idea so there’s no need for drafting or cutting complicated patterns! You basically just need a large rectangle of fabric. This is a great piece to have for layering over dresses or paired with jeans any time of year!
