I’ve just come home from quilt market with a recap of my booth and a great sewing machine for beginning quilters.

A few more details:

My fabric with Island Batik will be shipping in April 2017 and we do plan to carry the Heart Medallions and create a fun project we can quilt together.

The Eversewn sewing machines are really nice and as you can see in the video quite solidly built. You should be able to find them at your local quilt shop to give them a test drive.

The clasps and closures were all from Dritz and very hefty and high quality construction. I plan to get a few of these and experiment with new methods of bag making.

And yes, ruler foot quilting on home machines is the big, hot thing right now! I’ll be sharing new videos on this technique soon.

Now for a bit more about me written weirdly in the third person:

I love your outro… Until next time, let's go quilt! 😉

  2. Love the beautiful bright colors. I've considered an ever sewn machine as a second machine. It never fails when I need to get something done my babylock needs a trip to the repair shop. Usually it isn't the machines fault either. It runs everyday, but I'm out a machine for 3 to 4 weeks. There are only 2 choices for service in the Phoenix metro area, so nothing is fast.

  3. new fabrics look great. thanks for the video at market

Love your fabric! Very bright and cheery.

  6. I have been told by a few insider people in the sewing machine industry that almost all of the machines today are made in the same factory in China. They just put different company names on outside. That being said this looks very similar to Bernia .

  7. Thanks for the update! Glad you are home safe and sound. I'm looking forward to that fabric panel…
